Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all bookings made with Dharohar Retreat. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

General Cancellation Policy

1.  Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.
2.  Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the booking amount.
3.  No refunds will be processed for early check-outs.

No-Show Policy

1. In the event of a no-show, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
2. No refund or adjustment will be made for unused nights or services.

Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances

1.  Refunds will not be provided for cancellations arising due to:
   1. Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes).
   2. Government restrictions or travel bans.
   3. Political unrest or strikes.
   4. Any other circumstances beyond the control of Dharohar Retreat.

Non-Refundable Situations

1.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made due to:
   1. Personal reasons, such as change of plans or emergencies.
   2. Health issues or medical reasons.
   3. Guest dissatisfaction arising from failure to read property policies, facilities, or services.

Modifications to Bookings

1. Modifications to bookings, including changes to dates, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Modified bookings are subject to the same cancellation terms as the original booking.

Refund Process

1.  Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
2.  Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

Indemnity Clause

1.  Dharohar Retreat is not responsible for any loss, injury, or inconvenience caused to guests due to cancellations, changes, or delays.
2. By booking with us, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dharohar Retreat, its staff, and affiliates from any liability arising out of cancellations or refunds.
